Position Description:
The Facilities Development Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all facilities-related initiatives at FCNB. Working closely with the Senior Minister and the Buildings & Grounds Committee, the Manager ensures that our physical space supports our mission and remains financially sustainable.
Key areas of focus include external building use, vendor coordination, facilities operations, and project oversight.

Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building abilities.
Experience in facilities management, church operations, or related fields preferred.

Compensation: $25-30 per hour, based on experience.
