Description
Cargo Repair is currently seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician to repair, refurbish, and/or rebuild parts and equipment on Cargo Loading Systems across multiple types of aircraft. The Aircraft Maintenance Technician will interact with and support other technicians in the performance of these duties.
Responsibilities
- Perform article repairs and inspection procedures as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, meeting established deadlines and quality standards
- Complete all required documentation at the conclusion of each task, ensuring all repair and inspection tags include total description of any discrepancies between removed parts
- Keep assigned workspace and personal toolbox clean and orderly
- Act in compliance with federal regulation and company policy
- Use proper safety equipment and follow all safety procedures
- Perform other duties as requested by Supervisor
Requirements
- High school Diploma or equivalent
- Two years mechanical experience at minimum
- Complete set of hand tools for general maintenance work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical and Mathematical Aptitude
- A&P License or familiarity a plus!
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
