As a Parking Attendant with First Class Parking, you will be the first and last impression for guests visiting one of our prestigious restaurant partners. This role is essential to delivering a seamless, elegant arrival and departure experience. You will be entrusted with guests’ vehicles while providing exceptional, white-glove service in a fast-paced, high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, delivering a polished and courteous first impression
• Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently, safely, and with the utmost care
• Maintain smooth vehicle flow and an orderly, secure parking area
• Issue and collect valet tickets accurately
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after parking to document any existing damage
• Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and accurately
• Provide directions, assistance, and general guest support as needed
• Address guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary
• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, traffic laws, and company policies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional valet stand and work area
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and supervisors
• Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in various roles as operational needs require
• Represent First Class Parking and our restaurant partners with professionalism at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to confidently drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Prior valet or high-end customer service experience required
• Strong communication skills with a guest-first mindset
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods
• Physically capable of running and maneuvering efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, luxury hospitality setting

Schedule & Compensation

• Must be available Tuesday–Sunday for overnight shifts (hours vary by location)
• Weekend availability is mandatory
• Competitive hourly pay with tip opportunities based on location and shift
