Description：
This is a full time position, we are seeking a positive and good team player in the bank to discharge their responsibilities properly to support management and business.
Responsibilities：
- Accept and process various transactions, including, but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, wire transfer and loan payments.
- Provide effective service to bank customers; resolve problems and requests as necessary.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects bank operations by keeping information confidential.
- Comply with operational regulations and security policies and bank procedures.
- Other assignment upon supervisors’ request.
Qualifications：
- Degree in business administration, finance or other related fields
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Related banking experience and/or professional certification is a plus
