What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Center position at First Community?
We are seeking individuals who take pride in helping others and making an impact, to join our tight-knit team of Resource Specialists. This position within our Information Center interacts with our members and other back office departments frequently and spends their day providing solutions. Whether it be inbound calls, live chat or other communication platforms, this position offers flexible scheduling and a great experience for those looking to start a career within the financial industry.
Possible F/T hours for this position are a 4 day work week 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with occasional Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or Monday - Friday 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. When working a Saturday, you will receive a full day off during the week.
P/T hours for this position are flexible between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
