The Job:

As a Deposit Operations Clerk, you will support the bank and our customers with customer account changes, processing requests for various bank services, conducting account-related research and maintaining records and controls in accordance with current rules and regulations, and more. You will be the go-to person to help with the verification of processes and applications and receive and handle escalated inquiries from employees and customers.
As a Deposit Operations Clerk you will handle complex business issues relating to products such as verification of deposits, wire services, bill payments, IRAs, and core system functions while providing support to other departments and clients. You will have the opportunity to use your research skills to solve external client and internal employee questions, solve problems and manage complaints in a proactive and urgent manner. You will be responsible to process customer account requests including stop payments, set up of automatic fund transfer authorizations, monetary transfers, foreign drafts, closing or transferring of accounts, check orders, etc., in addition to general account maintenance such as address changes. If you work well under pressure, maintain punctual attendance, and have a high regard for delivering the highest standard of customer service, this is the perfect job for you!

Pay Range
- The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $30.60 an hour
- The typical hiring range for this position is min $18.00 – $20.66 an hour
- The incentive plan for this position is the Staff Support Incentive plan. It is paid out quarterly with a 5% target payout.
