What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collection Representative position at First Hawaiian Bank?
First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Collection Representative to join the Loan Recovery Department. In this role, the Collection Representative will collect money on written-off loans and miscellaneous losses, including all types of Commercial and Consumer loans, Real Estate accounts, Firstline accounts, Overdrafts, yes Checks, and Mastercard and Visa accounts.
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Associate's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of experience in banking, collections, or related field or equivalent experience
- Proficient in the use of PC, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to type 40 wpm
- Able to communicate effectively
- Possess attention to detail
