Description
Primarily responsible for delivering a complete, accurate loan documentation package reflecting the borrower's needs and credit approval in a timely manner, providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred.
- 10 years of experience in commercial banking operations and support including at least five years' experience in loan operations with an emphasis on commercial real estate and construction lending.
- Understanding of basic compliance, basic mortgage remedies/enforcement, intermediate mortgage financing/lending, intermediate loan agreements, basic lien laws, basic legal terminology, basic files, basic escrow, basic E&O/mortgage impairment certificates of insurance, basic document coding, basic contracts, basic Microsoft Word.
- Good knowledge of bank's CIP, BSA and AML policies and procedures.
- Able to plan, organize and budget.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
- Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
- Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
