Responsible for generating residential mortgage loan production for the Mortgage Banking Department through network referral sources, developer projects, and Home by Phone.

• 2 years' relevant work experience in sales, banking, real estate, or business.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is required within 30 days of employment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Postsecondary degree in Business helpful.
• Working knowledge of conventional residential mortgage loan programs such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, VA, USD and non-conforming loans.
• Working knowledge of compliance requirements related to residential mortgage loans preferred.
• Familiarity with analyzing financial documents (e.g., W2, tax returns, etc.) helpful
• Excellent communication and sales skills supporting the ability to generate loan volume.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Possesses good math, analytical and problem solving skills.
• Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
• Able to plan and organize.
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
