We are currently seeking a collaborative, analytical Network Analyst Officer to join our IT Infrastructure Department – Network Department. In this role, the individual is responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, maintaining, and monitoring bank’s network. Develops wireless, LAN, and WAN solutions, and leads enterprise connectivity initiatives that implement new technologies. This role possesses the business acumen to communicate with business stakeholders, and management to translate business needs into solutions while working closely with other IT departments to ensure solutions conform to security and governance standards.
The Network Analyst Officer is also responsible for contributing to the overall strategic vision of the organization and integrating a broad range of ideas regarding Network solutions.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours may vary)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related, or an equivalent combination of education and/or related work experience
- The minimum requirement in each of the following areas may be completed concurrently:
- 10 years of equivalent work experience in Information Technology field supporting and maintaining infrastructure/applications.
- 7 years of experience with managing and supporting network systems.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of network-related activities, from design to implementation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to troubleshoot network issues and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly, and adaptability is crucial.
- Proven ability to stay abreast of the latest network technologies and industry trends, and apply them to improve network performance and reliability.
- Professional certifications in technology from vendors such as Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, and/or related, or equivalent work experience with technology from these vendors preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft 365
- Working knowledge in setup and troubleshooting of server hardware and operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication with demonstrable experience collaborating with technically oriented as well as business audiences
- Ability to articulate complex technical issues in plain / understandable business language
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work well with end-users
- Proven successful collaborator among peers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to create detailed network topology diagrams
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously
- Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy as needed to create quality deliverables
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines to completion in a timely manner with quality results

- Familiar with systems administration and data management
