What are the responsibilities and job description for the Relief Teller (Hawaii Region) position at First Hawaiian Bank?

First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking engaging, customer-focused Relief Tellers to join our Relief Teller Team, where you get to travel to different branches on Hawaii to support our customers. In this role, you will process customer transactions, recognize sales opportunities that will help our customers by promoting and referring bank products and services, as well as performing a variety of operational duties.
Pay starts at $20 an hour and up, depending on experience
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills and be pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
- Previous sales experience highly desirable.
- One year of cash handling and customer service experience highly desirable.
- Must be willing to travel to various Kauai Branches. Employees in this position will be reimbursed $0.505 cents per mile.
- Must be available for the following work schedule
- Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM; Saturday on a rotation basis 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary)
