What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processor Origination position at First International Bank & Trust?
First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work for 10 years running. Our Loan Origination Team is seeking a detail oriented Loan Processor to contribute to our team's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and identify loan documents pertaining to all types of loan files
- Order lien searches and UCC filings for all states
- Order flood certifications
- Order commercial loan documents in LaserPro
- Prepare Notice of Actions
- Complete basic loan file maintenance
- Assists with various projects and assignments as needed
- Actively participate in Digital Team Meetings and strategy sessions, as needed.
Education / Experience:
- Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of two years related experience and/or training (preferably in a loan department; or equivalent combination of education and experience
