About the Position:
As a BSA/AML Systems Implementation Lead, you will work closely with and provide support to the BSA/AML and Fraud Operations team and be responsible for the maintenance of and troubleshooting issues pertaining to all BSA/AML/OFAC and Fraud management systems and applications in use by First Internet Bank.
You will be responsible for the oversight of the bank’s BSA/AML/OFAC and Fraud prevention and monitoring systems and applications ensuring they perform as designed, including the accurate import of customer and transaction data. You will also be responsible for the ongoing review of existing and new monitoring rules and recommending parameter changes supported by above and below the line testing to management for implementation. The role will also assist in the development and ongoing reporting of key risk indicator and performance metrics to management.
What You Will Do:
- Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting system issues within the BSA/AML/OFAC and Fraud transactions monitoring systems.
- Perform ongoing reconciliation of data feeds to the BSA/AML/OFAC and Fraud monitoring systems.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend changes to the customer onboarding identity and fraud prevention systems.
- Provide transaction monitoring and customer risk rating system support to the BSA/AML and Fraud Operations team and management.
- Assist the BSA/AML and Fraud Operations management implementing system changes and projects.
- Document and report system configuration changes to BSA/AML and Fraud Operations management.
- Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements for the BSA/AML and Fraud Operations team.
- Responsible for, in close collaboration with the BSA/AML and Fraud Operations management, the development and ongoing reporting of BSA/AML/OFAC and Fraud related metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Two or more years of BSA/AML and/or business system analyst experience
- Solid understanding of AML software and technologies
- Bachelor’s degree required; applicant’s overall experience will be taken into consideration
- Research and analytical skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to clearly communicate identified issues or opportunities for improvement, including proposed solutions

- Professional office setting.
- Primarily sedentary position requiring long periods of time working at a computer.
- Must be able to move throughout the office and buildings to obtain or relay information.
