Our services are from few hours a week to 24-hour care customized to specific client needs. Services provided by CNAs: Certified Nursing Assistant/HHAs: Home Health Aide matching skills and service needs with client-centric approach and includes assistance with ADLs: Activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, toileting, mobility, oral hygiene, transfers to meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and much more!
RN: Registered Nurse career opportunity available immediately as part-time (PRN/as needed) per-diem, per-visit basis convenient/flexible schedule with focus on client care in-home visits. RN is an important part of our clinical staff and part of care management team serving as a representative of FirstLight Home Care team, a non-medical, non-invasive care provider; RN performs in-home visit and client/caregiver consultation as needed basis; RN performs in compliance with state of Florida, agency for health care administration standards; creates client care plans generally at start of care by performing client assessment, periodic observation/supervisory/support visits for our field staff ensuring care quality, client satisfaction; completes necessary documents timely such as care assessment forms/care plans ie with accuracy and timely fashion then securely provides to administration team in our agency office. RN participates in continuing education, maintains current knowledge and up-to-date with changes in the home care/home health industry.
RN possesses minimum 3years of experience in combination of clinical/medical/or non-medical home care/home health inner working in skilled or non-skilled service background. RN demonstrates excellent communication skills, professionalism and well organized; ensures all communication and care coordination activities are performed with high standards, in compliance with our organization and state health are guidelines.
1. Minimum 1 to 3year experience as RN in medical or non-medical/home care/home health environment?
2. Currently holding RN licenses and registered in state of Florida?
3. Certified in basic life support/CPR with current certificate?
4. PPD/Chest X-ray health report current within one year?
5. Eligible to work in US with valid work permit and social security card?
6. Maintains reliable auto transportation.?
7. Holds driver’s license.?
8. Maintains continuing education and certification?
9. Maintains or can obtain general liability insurance?
