Fulltime-In Office Position
Functions:
Provide customer assistance to all inbound and outbound telephone calls, live chat and email communications regarding any and all bank products and services, including all general and specific bank information.
Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts – both on the phone and via email
- Provide world class customer service focused on customer retention, sales and service while:
- Answering all inquiries, promoting and selling products and services, and resolving customer
- Cross sell the bank’s products over the phone to incoming callers
- Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering and trouble shooting.
- Conduct outbound calling programs to sell the bank’s products and services
- Assist Branch personnel with demonstrations of electronic services products
- Open deposit accounts for customers
- Monitor the bank’s email accounts, live chat, etc.
- May perform some Branch Operations activities such as:
- Monitoring email queue
- Miscellaneous reporting
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer experience helpful
Phone etiquette and Customer service preferable
