Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Title Agent to join our team in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the title process for real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze complex information, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Arkansas Title Agent license is required. Training and licensure requirements provided for title/research experienced candidates.
Duties
- Conduct thorough title searches and examinations to identify any issues or discrepancies.
- Prepare and review title documents, including commitments, policies, and tax reports.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Analyze data related to property titles to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in financial services and title research is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate title examination.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
