What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contents Technician position at First Onsite - US?
Position Purpose:
Reporting to the Contents Manager, the Contents Technician will work alongside other team members as well as individually in processing personal property (contents) in residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Packing, Moving, and storing content
- Moving, unpacking, and resetting homes
- Restoration of content affected by fire, smoke, odor, sewer, water, and mold
- Ensure customer service is upheld to the highest standard at all times
- Ongoing communications relating to the content department
- Ensure quality assurance procedures and protocols are met at all times
Experience & Education:
- Restoration/construction experience a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
