Responsibilities:
- Perform cash management duties, including handling cash transactions, deposits, and withdrawals
- Assist customers with account inquiries, providing information on products and services
- Process loan applications and assist with loan processing procedures
- Conduct financial sales activities, promoting bank products and services to customers
- Utilize cash registers and other banking software systems accurately
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly
- Upsell additional bank products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform basic math calculations accurately to ensure correct transaction amounts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in cash handling or retail math is preferred
- procedures and financial services is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Proficient in using computers and banking software systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
