Job Summary : The Site Acquisition Manager I (SAM I) is responsible for managing entitlement requirements for telecommunications equipment deployment. The role supports the team in site development activities, ensuring timely execution of real estate, zoning, permitting, and compliance tasks. SAM I assists in site acquisition, forecasting, and quality control while learning more complex tasks over time.

Key Responsibilities :

• Forecast and meet project deadlines for site acquisition tasks.
• Lead weekly deployment calls with Service Providers and site acquisition teams.
• Report site status, issues, and resolution timelines to the Customer.
• Oversee entitlement requirements, including due diligence, RF design, zoning, and environmental factors.
• Coordinate site visits and interface with technical teams.
• Manage leasing activities, including lease agreements and landlord consent.
• Handle zoning and permitting activities, including application preparation and meetings.
• Review and prepare Civil Scope of Work and engineering deliverables.
• Obtain regulatory approvals (e.g., NEPA, SHPO, Phase 1).
• Ensure clean hand-offs to construction with all necessary documentation.
• Support NTP handoff and construction build phase.
• Monitor project progress, enforce schedules, and resolve issues.
• Maintain records in the project database and assist with service provider performance.
