Computer Numerical Control Programmer

Overview :

The CNC Engineer plays a key role in communicating, developing, and executing manufacturing schedules to meet set objectives. This position supports daily activities in process development, validation, and change management. You will apply your expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives, and achieve company goals within project timelines.

Essential Responsibilities :

• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams and counterparts within the client organization.
• Update CAD, CREO, Pro-E files as needed.
• Coordinate and help execute Design of Experiments (DOE) based on matrix outputs.
• Collect operational deficiency data according to the field follow schedule.
• Identify tooling updates to align with industry best practices and technology.
• Implement CNC operational updates and clean-up initiatives.
• Review and address fixturing setup deficiencies.
• Capture and assess in-process validation steps and associated cycle times.
