First Pres is looking for a Church Management System Data Integrity Manager with strong experience in database management, auditing, reporting and training. This full-time role is ideal for an IT professional with at least 1-3 years of experience who can develop policies and procedures and ensure long-range system development is met.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (in related field) required.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in data integrity, including auditing, reporting and maintaining accurate records.
- A minimum of 1 year experience providing technical support and training for staff.
- A minimum of 1 year experience troubleshooting and resolving data issues, ensuring smooth system operations.
Position Requirements:
- Maintain high data integrity standards through weekly audits and reporting.
- Conduct ROCK Training for new staff members as part of the new hire onboarding process.
- Partner with Rock RMS Developers, and Ministry leadership to ensure ministry teams maximize their use of Rock RMS to better engage with members and the community.
- Develop, document, and maintain written processes and best practices for ROCK data entry and maintenance.
- Collaborate with staff to develop a long-range plan for ROCK RMS development and future versions.
- Other duties as assigned.
