- Operates switchboard and routes incoming calls to appropriate departments.
- Performs various duties as required, including logging and routing returned mail, forwarding incoming faxes, scanning and preparation of documents upon request.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Required
Education, Experience, Competencies and Skills.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of telephone consoles and related equipment.
- Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English.
- Ability to verify data input and correct errors.
- Basic data entry and/or word processing skills.
- Clerical and basic office skills
