Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an Insurance Agent based in Sioux Falls, SD. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional insurance services to customers, including advising them on policy options, processing applications, and assisting with claims. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The agent will uphold the company’s commitment to providing personalized solutions and building trust with customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance Sales, Insurance, or Insurance Brokerage is a plus
- Knowledge or background in Finance
- Strong skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site in Sioux Falls, SD
- Relevant certifications or licenses in insurance (preferred) or willingness to obtain required credentials
- Prior experience in sales or the insurance industry (preferred)
