The respite care will provide direct patient care in the patients place of residence. He/she must be able to function independently Assess patients’ condition during every visit and chart observations.
Duties
• Provides direct, hands-on care to assigned clients.
• Observes and assesses the client’s condition and care needs appropriately and reports changes in condition to the supervisor and/or physician, as appropriate.
• Medication Monitoring
Experience
• Current CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Meet physical demands of lifting, transfers, kneeling and standing.
• Pediatrics experience is recommended, but not necessary. In-Office and On-Site training provided
