Summary:
Support the Collision Center Painters in prepping vehicles for the final stages of painting and then detailing them when the painting is complete.
Essential Duties:
- Assists the Painters in prepping vehicle for the paint booth.
- Assists the Painters once the vehicle is finished in prepping for final re-assembly.
- Preps and details vehicles for delivery back to the customer.
- Keeps shop area neat and clean.
- Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
- Attends all Dealership and Collision Center meetings when requested.
- Provides exceptional customer service.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Experience:

- Adherence to all attendance and punctuality standards.
- Adherence to timekeeping standards: Employees are required to record the beginning and ending times of any shift, meal break or departure from work for personal reasons.
- Maintains a professional business appearance in Company approved logo wear.
- Follow the Company's Code of Business Ethics and Conduct.
Qualifications:
- EXPERIENCED ONLY!!!
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a good driving record.
- Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.
Working Conditions:
- This physically demanding position requires frequent movement; (i.e. bending, lifting, reaching, squatting, and getting into and out of various Vehicles) repeatedly during the work shift.
