Our Collison Center is an extremely busy operation. We are looking for a candidate who is capable of delivering incredible Customer Service with a SMILE on the phones, as well as welcoming our Customers to our Service and Collision Center areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answers all incoming phone Collision Center calls.
- Directs Caller to appropriate Department or Team Member or takes a thorough message.
- Provides excellent Customer Service!
- Receipts in money.
- Closes out Repair Orders.
- Other tasks as directed.
Required Experience:
Required Experience:
- Knowledge of CDK/ADP a plus.
- 1-2 years previous Receptionist experience in a dealership preferred, but not required.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Extraordinary Customer Service skills.
- Strong mathematical ability.
- High school diploma or the equivalent
