CNC lead Machinist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a CNC Lathe and Mill Lead to join our team in Dayton, OH. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience operating CNC lathes and mills. Experience with programming at the machine, Mastercam experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and make adjustments as needed
• Train and mentor junior machinists
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience operating CNC lathes and mills
• Experience with programming at the machine, Mastercam experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
