What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Administration / Document Preparation position at First United Bank?
First United Bank is accepting applications for a Full Time Loan Administrative/Document Preparation position in our Operations Center.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for the preparation of loan documents for all types of loans
- Responsible for the booking of loans onto the Bank’s core system
- Interpret various documents/agreements as they relate to loans
- Responsible for a variety of activities to provide quality service to other Bank employees
- Responsible for a variety of reports and audit functions
- Participate in job specific training, various bank training programs, and comply with and all bank policies and procedures
- Assist in the processing of consumer and commercial real estate loans, including working with attorneys and title companies
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school graduate or equivalent is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Banking experience is required
- Real estate loan document preparation experience is required
- Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and lending procedures preferred
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft programs
- Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary
