First Western Equipment Finance is currently looking to fill a full-time Receptionist / Customer Service I position.
Wage Range $18-$20 per hour

Position Overview
This position is part of First Western Equipment Finance, a division of First Western Bank & Trust, located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Receptionist/Customer Service I role will ensure that Equipment Finance customers receive the highest level of customer service & satisfaction. This role requires both verbal (telephone) and written (email) correspondence with customers. As our initial point of contact – you will help shape the image of First Western Equipment and our “Financing Made Simple” approach.
Essential Job Functions
Answer incoming calls and identify the customer’s needs – transferring the call when appropriate- Review customer’s account and provide requested data (either verbally or in writing; items such as Copy of Invoices, Payment Histories, Amortizations, etc.)
- Manage & timely respond to Online Portal Requests
- Process Customers ACH/Credit Card Payments
- Send Early Stage Collection Communication (Past Due Emails) & Annual Payment Reminders
Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Skills/Abilities
- Customer Service/People skills
- Multi-task/Strong attention to detail
- Computer skills, to include keyboarding (35 WPM)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient spoken and written English language skills
