What You Will Do:
- Independently prioritizes tasks in order to meet deadlines and ensure consistent adherence to established SLAs.
- Performs moderately complex operational support duties using the Bank's CRM system to process internal associate requests for loan maintenance.
- Reviews and updates collateral tracking system and reports, perfects collateral to include recording security documents and filing UCC liens.
- Processes loan payments.
- Books and funds consumer and commercial loans into the Bank's core software.
- Receives and tracks for original loan documents. Reviews to ensure complete packages are received.
- Performs paid loan processing.
- Ensures that all policies and procedures are adhered to as defined by management.
- Collaborates with peers and management as appropriate to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Intermediate-level familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel)
- General knowledge and understanding of the lending industry is preferred
