Job Summary: Responsible for providing support to the training department functions. This includes administrative tasks for the Bank’s selected LMS.
Education/Experience: A minimum of the following education/experience is required:
- High School Diploma/GED and 4 years’ experience in banking; OR
- Associate Degree and 2 years’ experience in banking
Job Specific Responsibilities:
- Administers LMS users and content.
- Provides audit or exam request information as requested.
- Researches training topics and items.
- Creates and prepares training content and materials.
- Maintains and displays a strong attention to detail.
- Schedules training sessions.
- Assembles and reconstructs training areas.
- Delivers training via in-person and virtually.
- Displays knowledge and proficiency in explaining processes and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains and displays knowledge of all Bank products, services, processes, and policies.
- Maintains records as required.
- Assists with Bank enhancements, product/service implementation, and other items as requested.
- Understands required documents to open consumer and business accounts.
- Maintains knowledge of consumer and business ownership types.
- Maintains and displays knowledge of marketing campaigns.
- Develops and maintains positive long-term relationships with customers.
- Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements (knowledge of the CIP and Beneficial Ownership process).
- Maintains current knowledge and consistent compliance with other banking Regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position.
- Other duties as assigned.
