Provides well organized workouts with a variety of routines and patterns.
Qualifications: Must have National Group Exercise Certification and previous teaching experience. If applicant does not have National certification, it must be obtained within six months of employment. Experience is required.
The new FirstHealth Fitness Center will be opening in Sanford October, 2018!
Positions will be available to start in September, 2018.
The 25,000-square-foot fitness center will include a pool, physical therapy area, an indoor walking track, a functional weight area, Les Mills group exercise classes such as Body Pump, Body Step and RPM, and a child care facility. The Sanford center will also house massage therapy, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services, and physical therapy programs.
