As a Direct Caregiver with FirstLight Home Care of Asheville, you will help build meaningful relationships and improve the quality of life for our clients, their families, and our caregivers.
****Flexible Schedule- Looking specifically for part-time, short day shift caregivers. Also weekend Caregivers***

Responsibilities
-
Be a scheduled caregiver during set hours and some weekends as needed for a specific client.

Ability and desire to accept additional assignments.

Mentoring and training other caregivers.

Work closely with our Nurses and assist them with Client care needs.

Companionship and conversation.

Preparing and serving meals.

Help with grooming, bathing, and other personal care needs (ADL)

Light housekeeping and errands

Providing a safe and comfortable environment so individuals can live at home longer
