About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide quality care and support to [an elderly individual / individuals with disabilities / a recovering patient] in [home / assisted living / care facility] setting. The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and passionate about helping others live comfortably and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer medication and follow care plans as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
- Coordinate with family members and/or medical professionals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a caregiver (preferred)
- CNA/HHA certification (a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Ability to lift and assist with mobility
