What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Call Specialist (In-Office Position) position at FirstLink?
FirstLink is looking for a Part Time Call Specialist. This person will answer FirstLink's 24-hour Helpline, Crisis Line and Suicide Line providing crisis intervention, listening and support, and information and referral services. The Specialist must display exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A successful candidate will have some experience in crisis intervention or customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.
We are currently hiring multiple team members for this position. The Part-time Call Specialist is able to work up to 29.5 hours per week. Shifts will include evenings (many shifts until midnight each day), weekends, and some holidays (at least 2 weekend shifts per month are required for PT staff).
