Job Summary
As a Financial Administrato within our Accounting and Finance team, you will work collaboratively amongst associates and senior leaders and be a critical member in supporting our strategic goals and growth plan. These skills will be used to:
- Highly effective organizer and communicator with the ability to partner with a diverse group of Associates, senior leaders, and external partners.
- Works across multiple systems including Paylocity, Concur and Greenhouse to input key data, produce insightful reports and analyze trends.
- Maintains information that may be sensitive, confidential, or proprietary.
- Coordinates various business meetings, manages department and individual calendars, assists with project/event management, and enables the departments to operate efficiently and effectively.
- Prepares concise and accurate reports of actuals spending, budget, and other KPIs.
- Develops high-quality presentations utilizing various programs such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
- Proficiency in Excel.
