We’re looking for a dynamic Commercial Lines Account Manager who is motivated, organized & dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. Responsibilities: Perform daily service on assigned book of business within agency’s written procedures including, but not limited to: Account transactions – ID cards, policy checking, endorsements, certificates, billing, renewals, etc. Respond to client inquiries, company requests, Producer’s requests Maintain accuracy of client data in agency management system Keep producers informed of all important activities on their accounts Requirements: Excellent computer skills Strong communication & problem solving skills Must have attention to detail with an eye for accuracy Previous insurance experience preferred but will train the right person Upon being hired, the position requires obtaining a Property & Casualty License Acrisure is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
