Job Title

As a Project Manager, you can look forward to: Managing client programs including implementations, projects and conversions for large/technical custom implementations.
Responsible for driving complex, high priority implementations, conversions, projects or component phases of larger programs.
Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, task schedules and resource activities to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
Find opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue and improve product efficiency.
Work with other groups to generate and offer appropriate solutions.
Interpret and communicates Fiserv services and products to clients, sales, and vendors.
At times will be responsible for gathering client requirements for software development that will support the client implementation, conversion or project.
Provide client consultative input on our product and system features.
May lead and coordinate multi-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of an implementation, project or conversion, from initiation to closure.
Ensure project methodologies, project delivery processes, and implementation management processes are followed. This includes managing and driving project schedule, risk and issue management, and scope change management.

Basic qualifications for consideration: Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience
Client facing-experience with partners as well as external and internal clients
Flexibility to be able to work after hours/on-call/weekend as needed
Ability to travel 5%-10%
High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred qualifications: Bachelors degree
PMP Certification
Payment processing experience
Financial services experience
