Job Title Business Analyst Job Purpose What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv? A Business Analyst is responsible for leading the development, launch and ongoing success of the Premier product suite for Fiserv. Be a subject matter expert that has a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of the Premier client base with a passion to deliver solutions. Become a key player that drives success for the future of Premier. What you will do: Partner with Product Management to understand the product vision and develop a comprehensive product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business objectives for the product. Identify and gather business and technical/functional requirements to establish the framework for each phase of the Software Development Lifecycle. Schedule and facilitate Requirement refinement sessions with Internal/External resources and IT teams to convey the Business need and to identify gaps, impacts and requirements for each impacted area. Analyze and interpret requirements and impacts using information provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Apply mathematical concepts to practical situations. Accountable for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of Product Backlog across multiple teams. Responsible for the creation of user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria. Run workshops and training sessions. Consider stakeholder interests and negotiate priorities. Collaborate with cross functional teams including Solution Architects/Engineers to understand the architecture. Provide SME guidance, information, and troubleshooting for the products and surrounding teams. Reviews and accepts completed user stories from the Agile Team. Create and manage Business Requirement collateral relevant to each SDLC stage. What you will need to have: 4 yrs. of Premier core banking related experience Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business, customers, and technology teams. Demonstrated experience and deep understanding of user experience best practices. Demonstrated experience implementing and executing Agile principles with strong digital and technical skills as well as agile deliverables (e.g., writing user stories, iterative development, sprints, managing backlogs) Demonstrated experience with facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Proficient in various tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity and MS Office tools. What would be great to have: In-depth knowledge of application development technologies, tools, and methodologies that supports complex or strategically important processes, products and projects while working on complex systems and project issues. Salary : $93,700 - $119,000
