Client Service Analyst

Job Title Client Service Analyst Job Purpose Job Posting Title: Client Service Analyst What does a successful Client Service Analyst do? As a Client Service Analyst, you will manage the day-to-day interactions with a specific client base, as well as interact with internal production, technology, and development teams. You will be responsible for client relationships, project management, and daily reconciliation and validation of work in support of the production facility. We are looking for the kind of person who can demonstrate a can-do attitude, who would like to showcase your strong relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills. What you will do: Develop positive relationships with key client personnel by fostering open communication, understanding their internal structure, and providing regular follow up, as needed Provide client support and satisfaction at a professional level with minimal supervision, answering questions, and resolving client issues relating to products and services Navigate systems to answer customer inquiries Make recommendations to resolve critical issues and error trends Provide flexible assistance through cross-training and support to surpass customer satisfaction and service level goals Maintain industry and product knowledge to assist in finding creative and alternative solutions for our clients Process numerous transactions to send and receive information while ensuring accurate and timely completion of assigned work Prepare periodic reports and activity logs on activities and client relationship status as needed in an accurate and timely manner What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree or related work experience is preferred Demonstrated organizational skill due to supporting multiple items for various clients at one time Aptitude to work in a fast-paced environment Customer or client service experience Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) What would be great to have: Microsoft Access knowledge Ability to display innovation, research, investigation, and analysis We will ensure that individuals with disabilities are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and to receive other benefits and privileges of employment.
