Job Title Implementations - Sr. Professional II What does a great Technical Professional Services Senior Professional do? You will work with one of the most widely known, cutting edge ECM applications for our Financial Services clients. You will play a foundational role, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for our Clients, as well as a key bridge to our Program Management, Product Management and Development teams within Financial Services Solutions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will serve as the key member of the delivery team. As a Technical Professional Services - Senior Professional, you can look forward to: Performs complex analysis of business goals, objectives and needs of the operations environment for each Client(s) assigned. Creates detailed professional client facing documents which include Project Scope; Business Requirements; Gap Analysis; Test Plans; Test Scripts; Training/Working Session Materials and additional documentation as needed. Presents/Facilitates onsite and/or remote client facing meetings related to Nautilus ECM Project Lifecycle activities. Creates functional documents with value-add directed toward customer deliverables and assistance in the implementation of Nautilus ECM. Maintain, develop and deliver Nautilus Workflow processing and product specific training for each Client(s) assigned. Expertise in identifying, evaluating and configuring Nautilus ECM and accompanying procedures based upon Client(s) requirements and operating environment. Act as the lead Consultant for each project assigned to guide, make recommendations and process changes to improve and support Nautilus processing for assigned Client(s). Review clients Nautilus system for best practice improvements. Identify Professional Services or add-on modules sales opportunities, or assisting with commercializing new service opportunities within the Nautilus space. Continuously partner with the Project Manager assigned to the same Clients, ensuring every milestone and project task is being met either before the due date or by the due date. Become familiar with the project plan to make incremental task updates and completion percentages as progress is made. Build and maintain client relationships achieving high customer satisfaction ratings and on time go lives. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 4 years of Financial Services industry experience in a business operations area. 4 years of banking or financial operations industry experience. 4 year of prior Professional Services Business Consulting experience. Prior OnBase/Nautilus experience is preferred Knowledge and experience using Fiserv software solutions is preferred. Familiarity with budgeting, profitability or forecasting processes within a financial institution, bank or credit union is preferred (previous FP&A experience) Demonstrated ability to lead projects as a Consultant and perform complex analysis of business goals, objectives and requirements. From there, ensuring they can take the business requirements and successfully configure the Client’s Nautilus solution effectively. Demonstrated ability to work with clients to analyze and understand current business processes and recommend process improvements. Proven capability to collaborate with client as well as internal teams to define software deployment and configuration strategy that aligns with the bank client’s business objectives. Demonstrated expertise and capability to prepare comprehensive training materials and facilitate onsite or remote training sessions to client’s project team and end users. Ability to successfully interact with the client’s resources while representing Fiserv as the Nautilus processing business subject matter expert. Proficiency with Microsoft tools/products: Outlook, Word, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, Visio, OneNote, Project, SharePoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn key aspects of various Fiserv software applications to advise Clients effectively.
