Job Title Senior Treasury Manager The Global Treasury Department leads and oversees Fiserv’s bank relationships, payments processing transactions and activity, cash and working capital requirements, debt financing, capital markets, share repurchase initiatives, FX management and hedging programs, investments, equipment leasing, and various other activities. What does a successful Senior Treasury Manager do at Fiserv? The Senior Treasury Manager plays an instrumental role within the Global Treasury organization. You will be responsible managing day to day and strategic activities of all areas within Global Treasury. You will lead the enhancing of Treasury governance and operations thru project management and execution of key strategic initiatives. What you will do: Leads Global cash management governance and analysis. Develops strategy for cash consolidation (i.e. Repatriations) and liquidity needs. Designs strategies to enhance cashflow. Oversees consolidation of Global operating cash flow forecasts and works in partnership with FP&A and Accounting to ensure alignment with Free Cash flow. Support ensuring compliance with regulatory matters [e.g., KYC, BSA, CIP, etc.] Optimizes bank account structures and services to minimize fees and ensure operational efficiency. Designs investment strategies to maximize yield considering investment policy risk parameters, market trends, liquidity requirements and asset classes Oversees month end closing responsibilities of interest income and float revenue. Project Manage various initiatives such as workstation implementation, optimize capital structure, working capital improvements, etc. What you will need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting 6 plus years Finance experience, preferably Treasury 3 plus years of people management experience Knowledge of finance, economics, accounting and statistical modeling What would be great to have: CPA, CTP, CFA or other financial certification or license Working knowledge and understanding of banking products and services Proficiency with Power BI, Visio, SharePoint, SAP S4, Oracle, Adobe Pro, Bloomberg, Office. #LI-VA1 This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
