Job Title SR. Risk Analyst What does a great Sr. Risk Analyst do at Fiserv? As a Senior Risk Analyst at Fiserv, you play a vital role in providing direct support to clients’ card portfolio risk management programs (debit, credit, prepaid) with a focus on risk consulting. Your responsibilities include conducting data analysis, making proactive risk mitigation recommendations, and responding to customer inquiries. You will train with a mentor to enhance your risk systems knowledge until you autonomously support a robust client portfolio. What you will do: Provide direct support for clients’ card portfolio risk management programs Conduct data analysis from various systems to make proactive risk mitigation recommendations Train with a mentor to enhance risk systems knowledge Support corporate change initiatives as needed Respond to customer/client inquiries effectively What You Will Need To Have: Demonstrated ability to support clients' card portfolio risk management programs Experience in risk management, card fraud, military, or financial services Understanding of EPOC Card Mgmt. and accompanying systems Familiarity with Fiserv platform, risk tools, and product roadmap Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Background in supporting Card Risk Mitigation or Agent Bank structures What Would Be Great To Have: Minimum 2 years of risk management experience in card fraud, military, or financial services Advanced understanding of Fiserv platform and risk tools Salary Range $71,250.00 - $114,000.00 These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California.
