How Will You Make a Difference?
- Coordinate creation of case management repository for new matters and carry primary responsibility for case file organization, including but not limited to prompt ECF downloading and distribution.
- Generate and format legal documents; prepare and organize exhibits and finalize for filing and service; coordinate with local counsel and process server.
- Electronically file court papers, remaining current in the nuances of electronic filing rules in pertinent jurisdictions to ensure successful submissions.
- Work on special projects undertaken by the Litigation Services team to enhance and improve the service delivery model.
What Will You Bring to the Table?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ litigation experience in a law firm environment, with a focus on legal services delivery.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and ability to interface with other firm technology platforms.
- Ability to proofread documents for grammatical, typographical, or spelling errors and perform minor editing.
