We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join us as a Window Cleaning Estimator. Our team enjoys working in a friendly atmosphere with flexible hours. Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri: 8am - 5pm
Pay per hour: $18-30 per hour
Pay is a combination of base rate commissions.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire new business through commercial street bidding and call-backs to key contacts made during direct sales.
- Travel to locations including Fremont, Newark, Hayward, Union City, and Milpitas
- Write up estimates by hand or through data entry in the Fish mobile app.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals to meet.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow-through on contacts made.
- Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
