Description:
To manage the department‘s daily operations in accordance with existing departmental guidelines. To assist the Environmental Services staff in the provision and maintenance of services provided with a specific focus on quality, safety and service. Provide direct supervision to environmental services staff. Assist the Director with program development and administrative tasks. Must interface effectively with all members of the health care team to render exceptional service to patients, guests, and others. Estimated salary range for this position is $65803.26 - $85544.24 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Degrees: Associates Additional Qualifications: Five years of Supervisory experience, preferably in a Healthcare setting. Associate Degree required ; Bachelor Degree preferred. Previous Environmental Services experience required. Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing ; good interpersonal skills to work in a fast-paced, crisis oriented environment. Demonstrated ability to work successfully with all levels of the organization. Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years
