You’ll act as a financial service representative, delivering top-notch sales and service while serving as the go-to liaison for customers' financial needs. From routine teller transactions to opening accounts, processing loans, and solving problems, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing customers' financial well-being.
Your Responsibilities
As a Member Service Officer, you will :
Build and nurture relationships with customers by assessing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Perform routine teller transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.
Open and process new deposit accounts, issue checks, and manage loans.
Promote and cross-sell products and services to existing and prospective customers.
Educate customers on using ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) and self-service tools.
Balance vaults, TCRs, ITMs, and cash drawers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with critical thinking and professionalism.
Assist with call center and operational projects as needed.
Travel to other branches to provide support when required.
