We prepare and package over 4,000 meals per day in our industrial kitchen and distribute them throughout the St. Louis area, to both our storefront locations and direct-to-customer homes. Position Summary
As a Hospitality Specialist, you are the face of fit-flavors—delivering warm, personalized service that helps customers feel seen, supported, and confident in their healthy lifestyle choices. You use thoughtful conversation and strong product knowledge to guide guests through our menu, sharing accurate information while naturally driving sales and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, thrives in a purpose-driven environment, and understands that genuine hospitality and business success go hand in hand.
What You’ll Do
- Hospitality Champion: Greet every guest with warmth, purpose, and a genuine smile that reflects our mission to nourish, connect, and guide.
- Meal Matchmaker: Use active listening and thoughtful questions to guide guests to meal solutions that fit their lifestyle, health goals, and tastes while offering additional recommendations to expand their product selections.
- Nutritional Guide: Confidently share product knowledge—ingredients, benefits, and preparation—so customers feel confident in their choices.
- Welcoming Environment Leader: Maintain a clean, organized, upbeat, and friendly store atmosphere that makes every guest feel comfortable and cared for.
- Sales Supporter: Contribute to individual and store goals by proactively reviewing KPIs, naturally recommending products, upselling add-ons, and executing promotions with authenticity.
- Checkout Pro: Ensure smooth and accurate transactions with friendly communication and a personal touch at the register.
- Team Player: Collaborate with your teammates and leaders to keep things running smoothly, adapting quickly to the flow of business.
- Mission-Driven Problem Solver: Address guest needs or concerns with care and urgency, ensuring everyone leaves feeling heard and helped.

Education & Experience
- The ability to deliver elevated, authentic, and personalized hospitality
- Desire and willingness to develop professionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in upscale retail, fine dining, boutique service, or hospitality preferred
- Interest in health and nutrition
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk and move quickly within a busy environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to tolerate cooler environment (40°F walk-in cooler)
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, kneel, and lift 25 lb cases of food unassisted
Schedule
- 3 week day shifts - 9:45 AM-7:15 PM
- 1 weekend shift - 9:45 AM-6:15 PM
