If you are interested in being part of building something special, this is the perfect position for you. Fit2Run is rapidly growing and looking for a Store Manager for our one of our newest stores located in Dania Pointe.

Store managers at Fit2Run should be running enthusiasts and passionate about helping customers find the right shoes, apparel and accessories to help them with their running needs. Managers should be passionate about developing their staff!

Job Details

• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and oversee new staff.
• Motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
• Respond to customer suggestions and concerns in a professional manner.
• Undertake store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
• Report writing, managing payroll and scheduling
• Ability to manage and work on the sales floor and demonstrate what great customer service looks like to staff
• Track sales and selling rations and coach their staff to ensure proper understanding of the expectations and that they are meeting them.
• Create a fun and engaging community run club to help draw customers into the store and create strong community involvement.
• Partner with local races to help support the races and the runners.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.'

Experience:

• Customer Service: 4 years (Preferred)
• Retail Management: 2 years (Preferred)
