Groundskeeper
Work Type: Full Time or Part Time
Status: Non Exempt- Hourly

Description of Job: The Groundskeeper is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of outdoor areas.
Job Duties/Skills:
- Clean and maintain property including basic lawn and garden care, maintenance and basic repair of sprinkler or watering systems, maintenance and basic repair of outdoor lighting and fencing, and maintenance of gardens, lawns, landscaping, and trash receptacles.
- Cleans, sweeps, and picks up any debris and trash on property.
- Observe all fair housing rules and regulations and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Assure needed reporting is done with accuracy and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the care and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the company.
- Reports any maintenance needs to supervisor.
- Inspects and reports any lighting outages (interior or exterior) to supervisor.
- Operate within OSHA and company standards.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the employee’s supervisor/manager and/or in accordance with business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience: None required
- Physical Abilities: This is a labor intensive position with frequent bending/stooping/standing, exposure to chemicals and the elements, frequent lifting of 20 pounds, occasional lifting of 50 pounds, ability to walk over multiple types of surfaces.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Teamwork, integrity
Special Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Infrequent travel up to 10%
